What “Sahaja” means

Sahaja means “easy.”
It means “born with you”
(saha = “with”, ja = “born”).

This means that anyone can learn how to meditate.

Sahaja Meditation was developed by a woman in India. Her name was Mrs. Nirmala Srivastava. She was also known as Shri Mataji. Click here to learn more about Shri Mataji >
